LAIyam Terms of Service

1. Use of LAIyam

LAIyam is provided as an informational and reference tool. You may use it for personal, educational, teaching, learning, or other lawful purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use LAIyam.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Accuracy and Reliance

We aim to provide accurate and useful information, calculations, and representations. However, errors, omissions, software defects, interpretation differences, or inaccuracies may occur.

LAIyam is provided for reference and educational purposes. You remain responsible for verifying any information or calculation before relying upon it for performance, teaching, assessment, publication, or any other purpose.

Janmasoft does not guarantee that any result, calculation, classification, notation, or other information provided by LAIyam will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

3. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of LAIyam at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the app, its accounts, servers, communications services, or any particular feature.

4. User Accounts

You must provide reasonably accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.

You may update or delete your account in accordance with the account-management options provided by LAIyam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used for unlawful activity, abuse, interference with the service, attempts to compromise security, or other misuse of LAIyam.

5. Intellectual Property

LAIyam, including its software, design, graphics, text, arrangement, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Janmasoft and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of LAIyam or its intellectual property to you.

6. Third-Party Services

LAIyam may rely on third-party services for functions such as authentication, data storage, email delivery, and SMS delivery.

The availability and operation of those services are outside Janmasoft’s complete control. Janmasoft is not responsible for interruptions, delays, failures, or other acts or omissions of third-party service providers to the extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LAIyam is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Janmasoft disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Janmasoft LLP, its partners, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon LAIyam.

This includes, without limitation, loss arising from:

• inaccurate or incomplete information or calculations;
• interruption or unavailability of the service;
• loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to data;
• actions taken in reliance upon information provided by LAIyam; or
• third-party services used by LAIyam.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the LAIyam Privacy Policy, available at https://janmasoft.com/systems/music/laiyam/privacy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be made available through LAIyam or the Janmasoft website.

Continued use of LAIyam after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
